To Whom it May Concern:

I am writing this letter to thank Carol Jones Realtors and in particular AJ Chamberlain. As a first time home buyer I was very much in need of help in my search for a new home. AJ was wonderful as he helped me and guided me throughout the whole process, providing information when asked, support when it was needed and patience when things got tough. He was kind and understanding when I needed more time or when my schedule was not the best. I was able to call and talk with him as needed and he always made allowances for me when I was nervous. He was especially great in helping me regroup and get ready to try again when something did not work out.

I am very happy with my new home and am glad he was able to find us the perfect house for me and my family that was in my area and in my price range. I believe that without his help and understanding this would never have been possible. My thanks to him and my best wishes for his future, he was amazing and I will not forget that.

If I decide to purchase another home I will be sure to see if I can use his services again. I will without hesitation recommend him to my friends and family!

Dear Carol Jones,

I would like to take a moment of your time and express my wife and l's gratitude to your agency and especially to Connie Nichols the agent who worked with us. My company transferred me to the Springfield area July of this year, and of course we needed to find a house. We happened to meet Connie at an open house she was doing in Springfield and both my wife and I and our two daughters instantly felt at ease with her. Little did Connie know what she was getting into. We had two marathon weekends looking at properties due to my wife only being here on the weekends, and also several evenings of her taking me around. I know that Connie was probably thinking "Dear Lord just make a decision", but she was always very friendly, polite, patient and willing to look at anything we wanted. I truly think if it wasn't for Connie's chippemess and pleasant nature that it would have been a nightmare because of the time pressure we had on us. But eventually we found one; we closed the deal, and just waited for the closing.

The closing of our house in Ardmore, Ok is where we truly our grateful to Connie. Without going into all the details (Connie can fill you in), it was the Webster's definition of nightmare. Until Connie got involved with us in Oklahoma we had been living in a motel for 4 days with all our belongs packed in a moving truck, and nobody really trying to push the issue of closing our house, yes we had a realtor but was getting no help there. Connie started making phone calls for us to the Title Company and to the real estate company trying to find out where the problem was. Once she talked to the Title people and they now understood that we were out of the house, another couple was also in a motel waiting to get into our house, and the close of the house here in Nixa was waiting, things picked up, and we finally got over here.

I would also like to extend my gratitude to Vickie and Missy for their help on the financial end, and also to anybody else who worked our stuff that we didn't see. It is a good thing to see a company and it's associates that truly care about its clients and goes the extra mile when needed. I will definitely recommend your agency and in particular Connie to anybody I know needing your services.

You were upfront with me from the beginning about your experience, your market plan and how you wanted to sell my home. You did everything you said you would do (and a little more!). That speaks volumes.

When selling a home, to me, it’s not just about the money (that helps), but about the relationship between agents and seller and the understanding that comes from that. You positioned my home so that I accepted a near selling price in a very tough market on a high end home in less than 3 months.

I have just moved my three children and I into our beautiful home, with the huge help of The Best realtor – Deb Montgomery. Our situation was very unique. We needed a home quickly, due to divorce. Deb searched non stop and I mean that, to find us a safe place to go. She never gave up, or got irritated with my crying 2 year old.

Sometimes in our lives, we come across wonderful, caring people, and Deb is truly one of these individuals. We feel truly lucky to have gotten her for our realtor.

I just want to thank you both for all the effort exerted during the often nerve-wracking, but always educational process of finding and buying my home. As a former gypsy, I really didn’t know anything about real estate other that it was something other people owned. Now I am one of those “other” people! Only after we got started did I realize home much work, knowledge and expertise it requires to complete a real estate transaction. You both did a thorough and professional job while being extremely friendly and trustworthy. I was a novice, and you two helped me through the ordeal without ever missing a beat or showing any exasperation with me. I just wanted to take a moment to tell you that Penny was a God send for John and I during our search for a new home. She stuck to our needs when looking for homes and listened closely to us, so that if something popped up a bit different that she felt we might like to see, she would tell us about it. Never once did we feel alone or confused during the search and the offers, we always had Penny there in our corner! I felt like Penny was a part of our family, in fact, we had to tell her not to leave the room when we discussed anything....we knew she would listen, retain , and react in our best interest with the knowledge of how we thought. And I truly believe that the Lord sent her to us, because he knew we needed an earth bound angel. ...which is exactly what she is . She was at the closing with us as well, which I now understand is not a mandatory thing / was so glad, because I do not believe I could have gotten through that without her. I looked at her during the signing , thinking oh my gosh, is this real. ..... her smile told me she knew exactly how I felt and that all would be okay.

I can never, ever, say enough good things about Penny …she is way beyond I know that I will keep her card with me always and gladly pass on the info on to whoever I hear might be in search of a new home. Penny is now a part of our family, and John and I plan on inviting her and her husband over for dinner after we have completed our unpacking.

We owe a large part of our happiness in our new home to Penny… she helped make our dreams come true!

Debbie and I would like to express our gratitude to you and your team for all the efforts that you put in to finding us a home last spring. As you know, we moved into our house in July and since that time we have enjoyed making it our home.

During the process of finding this place, we were most impressed with your abilities as a real estate agent.
